Verse 13: The Lord laughs at the wicked because He knows what’s coming.
The wicked think you’re weak if you are a Christian. Just the opposite. I bet they couldn’t stand against persecution. They would cave in a heartbeat. Look at them now. They (wicked) are so weak that they have to depend on drugs, abortion, murder, alcohol, lies, and sex to live. What kind of life is that. And let’s add power to that list. That put’s those who make those hideous immoral laws just as guilty. That also put’s those who do not do anything about all these sins on the guilty list as well. They think they are having the last laugh. Just read Psalms 37:13. Don’t they know they are just pawns and puppets in Satan’s hands. They don’t control their destiny. Satan does. They are doing exactly what Satan wants them to do. There is no serving self. You are really serving the devil.
On the other hand, Christians aren’t puppets. We serve and obey out of love for God and man. And we do so willingly. We have no addiction that we can’t live without. We are free. Sinners aren’t free. Why would anyone want to live a life as a slave. If you have sin in your life of any kind, you are a slave. The only way to be free is Jesus. Him ONLY!! Sorry guys - THERE IS NO OTHER WAY!! Get that in your head people. Jesus is the only way to God, Heaven, and Salvation.
