Homemade Tomato Soup

From the kitchen of Tammy & Grace

Ingredients:

2 pint jars of tomatoes (from garden)

handful of fresh basil

handful of fresh thyme

salt

pepper

4 cloves garlic (peeled)

1/4 cup light sourcream

1/2 cup cheese of choice

Instructions:

Put all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor and process for 30 seconds to one minute. Heat on stove. Right before serving, toss in cheese and let melt. Serve with sandwich of choice. We enjoy it with grilled cheese.

Extra:

For a twist - cook 1 - 1.5 cups elbow macaroni and toss macroni in with tomato soup. Just as delicious.
